1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My GTN app website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Sugamaya Governance LLP under Sugamaya Governance (sugamaya.in).
By accessing the Service, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
My GTN app is a digital visiting card management application that allows users to scan, store, and search business/visiting card information. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscription & pricing
The Service is offered as a single monthly subscription plan: in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on each billing date. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
4. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass security measures
- Share account access with unauthorised third parties
- Upload content you do not have the right to store or process
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and content provided through the Service remain the property of Sugamaya Governance LLP or its licensors. You retain ownership of the visiting card data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugamaya Governance LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
