1. Digital subscription service
My GTN app is a digital software subscription service operated by Sugamaya Governance LLP. Access is delivered electronically upon successful payment — no physical goods are shipped.
2. Pricing
The Service is billed atEach payment grants access for one (1) billing cycle (30 days from the date of payment unless otherwise stated at checkout).
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge: if you were billed twice for the same billing period.
- Technical failure: if you were charged but could not access the Service due to a fault on our side, and we could not resolve it within 7 business days.
- First-time subscription: refund requests made within 7 days of the first payment, provided the Service was not materially used (at our reasonable discretion).
Refunds are generally not provided for partial months, change of mind after use, or failure to cancel before renewal.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@sugamaya.in with your registered email, payment date, transaction ID, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
