1. Monthly subscription
My GTN app is available as a recurring monthly subscription , operated by Sugamaya Governance LLP. Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date.
2. How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the cancellation option in the app account settings, or
- Emailing support@sugamaya.in from your registered email address
3. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle unless covered under our Refund Policy.
4. Data after cancellation
After your subscription ends, you may lose access to stored visiting card data. We recommend exporting any data you need before cancellation. Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Reactivation
You may resubscribe at any time at the then current rate by completing a new checkout.
